(View of South Concourse) Filled with beauty and ceremony the San Diego Events Center, in the heart of Mission Valley in San Diego, provides an ideal - "RIGHT" setting for the grandest of events to the smallest boardroom settings.  Immediately upon entering the spacious portals of the Scottish Rite Event Center, one's eyes are drawn to the impressive large wrought-iron sculpture of a double headed eagle which was hung January 1965 before the grand opening of the facility and has been the dominant work of art to greet visitors, guests and members of the center over the years.  Upon capturing a sweeping view of the lobby one will comprehend the visual enormity and vastness of the luxurious surroundings.
